Work Station Frozen on Payment Screen
Symptoms:
Cashier was taking payment and (typically) after entering a cash payment screen goes gray and will not respond to user
ISSUE:
Most likely the user tap/touched some part of screen away from were the "Change Due" screen pops up. This causes this pop-up to disappear behind the Focus software screen.
Solutions:
1) hit windows key
2) then tap back on Focus POS screen.
"Change Due" screen pops back to the front and they can continue.
