QSR Site Did Not Poll- Create XLM file for re-polling

FOR INITIAL SETUP ONLY:

4) Interval =0

5) Backfill=0

6) Days to Save 30


CREATING THE XLM: 

A) Create a file call manualupload, open with notepad and place the following within the file and save

B) drop the file into status and the event station should process.
