Add tip options to SO HH

TIP Adjustment for SpotOn Handhelds

To turn on tip adjustment options for handheld.
a) Payment Methods make sure payment type is "Tippable" is on for each order type and add the suggested tip percentages also for each order type. 

b) Order Types make sure "Allow Tips on Order Type" and "Override Location Suggested Tip" boxes are checked.

c) Station Type for the HH > Configurations - Capture Signature on payment terminal and Capture tip with payment terminal boxes are checked

d) Stations make sure "Credit Card Signature page" box is checked
