1) error stating "Unknown payment location credit card processor type: 12"
2) happens to sites where Processor has been cleared.
3) Most common cause are when a site is moved from processor to another for feature requirements (ex. TYSYS to TransIT)
4) one of the bugs is the update overnight will clear the "Processor" info under "Payments>Credit EMV>Edit Specific Location>Processor"
5) This requires SpotOn to change the setup
6) If password shows incorrect for Dealer Support they have to email "File Build Dept" to have it reset and files updated.
7) Typically can take about 20 minutes (depends on current case load) from the point of Dealer Support sending email before site will be able to use the attach credit card feature.
8) Confirm with site that feature is working by having them run a test.
