ISSUE: getting "Transaction error: DUP TRANSACTION (100011)"
Solution:
1) Attempt closing software and reopening. if no change.
2) Device reboot. if no change.
3) Call SpotOn to have them remove TSYS app and reloaded it.
4) While waiting for them to complete un-provisioned restaurant app by entering login code 000000
5) once TSYS app has reloaded restarted device
6) re-provisioned restaurant app (dealer email and password>site selection>device selection)
7) Run a test transaction.
NOTES: If successful no further action is needed. If unsuccessful SpotOn has to perform next solution.
Typically if next solution from Dealer support does not work they will request you to send a picture of device
files to be repushed. Once they have completed that step an email will be received to notify us that device is ready
to be tested.
