SpotOn Meraki not working

Internet down. Meraki not taking over network. For SpotOn systems

ISSUE:
site lost network connection and Meraki failover is not taking over to provide service.

Troubleshooting:
#1 Solution- remove network feed from port one. If site modem is still sending enough signal to the Meraki even if it creates a system network loss; the Meraki will not activate.

#2 Solution- If Meraki still does not take over; power-cycle the device by pulling power cord and waiting for 60 seconds before reinserting. This allows all circuit components in device to totally de-charge and reset.

#3 Solution- If Meraki still is not taking over; find the SIM card slot located on the front of the device [side opposite the network ports], use a paperclip and push it into the pinhole to open the SIM card tray. Sometimes this requires a forceful push to depress the release latch. Record the SIM card serial # located on top and call SpotOn support to verify if the SIM card is still active. They cannot check without the serial #.
