SpotOn- Tip Adjustment Error

Having Failed Tip Adjustments for delivery tickets. Error: status=0, code=000100, message=DECLINE, hostMessage=Modify Transaction Not Allowed

1) SpotOn states that this error indicates the batch has already been run.
2) customer should email the transactions that need adjustments, with copies of the receipts attached, to dealersupport@spoton.com 
3) If the receipts are unavailable for some reason they will need the usual info to resolve cc amount adjustments.
     a- Order number
     b- last 4 of each card
     c- transaction $ amount
     d- tip $ amount.
4) At this point they will make the adjustments, and contact us if any additional info is needed to complete.
