MICROS error "USER LOCKED - CALL CSR"

1) error when running cc "User Locked- Call CSR"
2) multipass system may need to be reset. Before calling for reset attempt the following...
3) Get access and login to online web portal [https://merchantcenter.transit-pass.com].
4) Create new Operator in web portal under Admin>Manage Users.
5) Login and and complete setup of new operator, and then updated password in Micros Configurator> Devices> CA/EDC Drivers > Merchant tab

If System is still giving error when attempting cc transaction....
8) Look in the Registry and see if the system updated the operator info. If not, manually change the Merch_str01 file in Micros>CCS>DrvrCfg>Drvr8>Merchant>Merchant 8
9) Stopped Micros Credit Card Service
10) Restart service.
11) Launch RES, and run a transaction.

At this point if error still occurs call TSYS to get the multipass system reset then go through the steps again.
